Heritage Law can agree to represent you we must first investigate whether this
representation could adversely affect existing or former clients' interests or if there might be some
other reason that we would be unable to adequately represent your interests. If we perform a conflict
of interest check and find that our firm does indeed have a conflict of interest, we will inform
you in an expedient manner that we will not be able to represent you. All information on your
matter will be destroyed or returned to you at your option. We will be happy to provide you with a
referral to another professional who may be able to assist you with your matter. Thank you. |
